Samoosa Tutorial - Sue Day

Fry the following in little bit of oil:
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon chilli powder
3-4 green chillies seeded and chopped
¼ cup mint chopped
½ teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon dhania powder
¼ teaspoon tumeric
Add 500 gr mince and mix all together.
Add ½ bunch of fresh chopped dhania leaves and mix.
Put lid on pot and on low heat simmer for 20 minutes. Do NOT add water.
Once cooked, add salt to taste and let cool down.
